Queen Nefertiti II Brunch

Saturday is another big day for the Krewe of Nefertiti. 💜💛🖤💙

We are just a few days away from the reveal of our Queen Nefertiti II. This is an exciting milestone that must be celebrated! Let’s commemorate this moment, as we unleash our Beautiful One to the world with Brunch.

The beautiful one is precious and rare - not like a stone found anywhere.

Queen Nefertiti II has requested our beautiful Jewelz adorn themselves in pearls for the entire day. The Reveal will begin at 11:30 and should last one hour.

After the reveal, we will move to Broussards at 1:30 for an exciting Masquerade Burlesque-inspired brunch. Bring your "Oh La La" fancy attire fashion to change into including your mask and pearls!

This event is members only, and because of Covid restrictions will require an advance purchased ticket. Walk-ins for brunch will not be accepted!  A 3 course prix fixe menu will be available with or without bottomless mimosas or rosè. A cash bar will also be available. Menu choices are below:

First Course (choice of)

Demi Duck and Alligator Sausage Gumbo

Demi Caesar Salad

Second Course (choice of)

Grilled Pork Chop

Whipped Sweet Potatoes, Bacon And Cane Sautéed Chard, Rosemary And Pecan Brown Butter

Courtyard Cobb Salad

Grilled Chicken, Avocado, Applewood-Smoked Bacon, Blue Cheese, Chopped Egg, Radishes, Tomatoes, Asparagus, Champagne Vinaigrette

or

BBQ Shrimp and Grits

New Orleans Style Barbecue Sauce, Mascarpone Grits

Dessert:

Almond Bread Pudding

Brandy Milk Anglaise, Frangipane Custard

or

Mousse au Chocolat

Dark Chocolate, Langue De Chat Cookies

Temperature checks, social distancing, and masks will be required.

We will need a solid head count for brunch, so please purchase your ticket via WIX EVENTS no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday, November 11. Attendance is NOT mandatory.
